Sara Poulsen, RD, LD

Sara Poulsen  graduated from the University of Idaho with a degree in dietetics.  She is a licensed by the Idaho Board of Medicine and registered with the Commission of Dietetic Registration.  Sara has a passion for nutrition and helping others find a non-restrictive lifestyle.

In her spare time, you may find her cooking and testing new recipes, gardening, or  enjoying the outdoors with her husband, two children and two dogs.
