We understand that while in-person treatment is often ideal, it isn’t always possible. Whether you live far from our Orem or Cottonwood Heights locations, or your schedule makes travel difficult, our half day Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (vIOP) offers meaningful, effective support from the comfort of home.

Our vIOP is designed for adolescents and adults of all genders in Utah who are seeking help for eating disorders and co-occurring mental health concerns. We meet you where you are – both literally and in your recovery journey.

Program Schedule:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday

• 9:15 AM – 12:30 PM

Our vIOP includes:

• Daily check-in and goal setting

• Group therapy sessions

• Supported mealtime

• Individual therapy

• Dietary counseling

What we Treat

Our vIOP provides individualized care for:

• Anorexia Nervosa

• Bulimia Nervosa

• Binge Eating Disorder

• OSFED (Other Specified Feeding or Eating Disorder)

• ARFID (Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder)

We also address co-occurring conditions, including anxiety, depression OCD, trauma, and more.
