Sandra Reynolds RD, CD
Sandra Reynolds is from western Maryland and moved to Utah to complete her bachelor’s degree in dietetics from Utah State University. She previously worked as a Sous Chef before coming to CFC. Sandra currently does nutrition counseling with clients at all levels of care in addition to weekly cooking and nutrition education classes. Sandra uses Intuitive Eating principles and other approaches in a one-on-one setting to help clients repair their relationship with food and their bodies. In her free time, Sandra enjoys trying new recipes, spending time with family, and traveling with her husband.
