Samantha Olson earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2011 and her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Westminster College in 2018. Samantha has worked in various mental health settings, from assisting in research projects at Johns Hopkins in Baltimore, Maryland to conducting ABA therapy and group therapy with autistic kids in Salt Lake City.

Samantha began working at Center for Change in 2014 and is passionate about working with those who have eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and trauma. She is committed to advocating for her patients and customizing treatment to meet their current needs. Samantha works from an empowerment-based model, addressing feminist and multicultural issues with an ACT framework. Samantha is trained in EMDR for conducting trauma therapy and is Gottman Level-One trained for conducting couple’s therapy.
