Meggie Holden RD, CD
Meggie Holden graduated from Brigham Young University with a bachelors degree in dietetics. While working on her undergraduate degree, she worked as the diet tech at the Center for Change. After completing her internship with Utah State University, she started working at the Center for Change as a Registered Dietitian. Meggie is passionate about helping clients improve their relationship with food and their bodies. In her spare time, she enjoys playing with her daughter and cooking with her husband.
