Megan Thacker Austin RD, CD
Megan Thacker Austin received her bachelor’s degree in dietetics from Brigham Young University in 2014. She went on to complete an accredited dietetic internship in her hometown through the University of Houston and pass the national registration exam for registered dietitians. Megan has been with the Center for Change since 2016 and has found her passion working with men and women with eating disorders. Megan currently sees clients in all levels of care: inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient. Megan enjoys helping clients improve their relationship with food and their bodies through individual counseling, nutrition education classes, cooking classes, food exposures, and other interventions. Megan uses intuitive eating, health at every size, and other approaches to aid clients in their journey towards recovery.
