
Megan Lundskog MSW, CSW
Megan Lundskog earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work at Utah State University and her Master’s degree in Social Work at the University of Utah. She has extensive experience working with women and teens who are recovering from eating disorders and concurrently dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, and a variety of environmental stresses. Megan believes in the inherent strength and resilience of each individual and uses a variation of CBT, DBT, Strengths Based, and Mindfulness techniques in her work. Her goal in working with clients is to help them find the skills, practices, and core beliefs that will lead to full and satisfying lives. In her free time, Megan enjoys being with friends and family, creating art, being outdoors, traveling, and trying new things.
