
Haylee Noel Smith LCSW
Adult RTC Director
Haylee has spent most of her life in Utah and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Utah Valley University and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Utah. She is trained in both Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) and specializes in trauma focused care.
Haylee began her career at Center for Change as an intern and now serves as the Director of the Adult Residential Unit (RTC). With a deep passion for trauma therapy, she is committed to building authentic, healing relationships with her clients. She emphasizes the development of practical coping and communication skills that empower patients long after their time at the Center.
Outside of her professional role, Haylee has been married for over 25 years and enjoys music traveling, and spending time with her four children. She draws on her rich life experiences—including her journey as a wife and mother—to bring empathy, insight, and depth to her therapeutic work.
