Elayne McArthur

Elayne has eight years of teaching and leadership experience. She was a Social Studies Teacher in Alpine School District’s Alternative Education Program, Summit High School. She was a member of Summit High School’s Professional Development Team for three years. She served as Summit’s lead teacher in control of academic curricular alignment, collaboration with Summit and mainstream schools, and maintaining relationships with the community. She was also in charge of tracking and maintaining student records. Elayne represents Cascade Mountain High School in weekly treatment team meetings and serves as a member of Center For Change’s PIC Committee. Elayne currently teaches Social Studies, serves as the Education Coordinator, and is the Registrar of CMHS. She is the mother of three beautiful children.
