
Denise Peruski NP
Denise Peruski is a Family Nurse Practitioner who recently joined the team at Center for Change Boise. She graduated from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix in 2016 as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She has been a registered nurse since 2002. Denise has a wide variety of experience as a FNP, and is currently working on her PMHNP at Idaho State University to have the ability to care for her clients with a more comprehensive and holistic approach. Throughout her experiences Denise has found that people suffer with eating disorders throughout the life span and that it seriously impacts health and well-being. She is committed to being part of a multi-disciplinary team in providing best practice care to her clients.
In her spare time, you will find Denise enjoying the outdoors mountain biking, hiking, rafting, kayaking, camping, backpacking or skiing with her husband. She also has 3 rescue dogs and 2 rescue cats who she devotes much time to, as well as being very involved in the Boise community.
