Celia Luquin LCSW

Cee is passionate about treating complex trauma and specializes in PTSD, and uses EMDR, DBT, and person center therapeutic modalities.  She has worked as a therapist since 2017.  She graduated from University of North Dakota with a master’s degree in social work and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.  She is also currently finishing up a PhD in Social Work from Our Lady of the Lake University where she participates in research related to how using EMDR therapy modalities affects therapeutic outcomes for individual with complex trauma.  Cee has worked in Residential, Outpatient, and Emergency Room Crisis settings.  Cee enjoys gardening, hiking, and spending time with her family and three children.
