Betsy Stephenson LCSW

Betsy graduated from the University of Utah with a Master of Social Work in 2021. She is passionate about working with individuals struggling with eating disorders, body image concerns, anxiety, and depression. Betsy utilizes both Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and a feminist framework in her work with clients; through these frameworks she helps clients view the world with a new lens to detach themselves from their eating disorder, anxiety, and depression. Betsy enjoys helping her clients develop self-compassion and identify their personal values in life. She is passionate about working with the LGBTQ+ community and creating a safe place for individuals to move towards the life that they find most meaningful and fulfilling. In her time away from work Betsy enjoys being with her family, playing board games, birding, and trips to Disneyland.
