Hope can be hard to see,
When under the rubble is me.
I get scared and lost,
As my ship gets tossed.
My mast may be broken
But I assure you I still sail
For rips ‘n’ tears tell its tale
Of a struggle and fight
Where I almost lost my might.
But I will not go down with this ship.
For there is hope
In the ole boat.
For it is a fighter
As every struggle that is longer
It only gets stronger.
For I can fight the dangerous sea
And find the real me.
