YATA Conference 2015

The 2nd Annual Young Adult Transition Association Conference will be October 8-10, 2015 in Boulder, CO at the UC Boulder – University Memorial Center.  Melissa Taylor, LMFT, CEDS, Outpatient Clinical Director at Center for Change will be presenting.  We hope to see you there!
