The Alumni Pathways webinar is open to anyone—not just alumni—who may be struggling with an eating disorder, seeking encouragement, or wanting to strengthen their recovery.

This one-hour virtual presentation will support eating disorder alumni in navigating independent eating after treatment with practical meal preparation strategies. Topics include prepping carbohydrates like rice, pasta, and potatoes in advance, cutting and storing vegetables for multiple meals, and incorporating convenient options like frozen and canned foods. Participants will also learn about textured vegetable protein (TVP) as a shelf-stable protein source and explore simple ways to cook for one. The session will highlight essential kitchen tools that make food preparation easier, such as rice cookers and air fryers. With a focus on realistic, recovery-friendly approaches, this presentation aims to reduce stress around food and support sustainable, nourishing habits.
