Roosevelt

The ability to build healthy relationships is invaluable. Whether interacting with an acquaintance, a friend, family member, coworker, your community, or even yourself, the ability to work with others requires a certain level of trust and cooperation. At times, women with eating disorders may struggle with dishonesty and/or other such challenges that may severely impact their relationships.

This week, Recreation and Experiential Therapy groups will focus on integrity, honesty, developing healthy boundaries, and strengthening positive relationships to assist them in their recovery.
