Our conveniently located Cottonwood Heights campus is just minutes from the hustle and bustle of Salt Lake City, but with an air of calm and quiet that contributes to the healing that happens here. This location provides three different levels of care. Partial Hospitalization is offered five days a week, while our Intensive Outpatient program is offered in the evenings and Outpatient treatment provides support and guidance to clients who can manage eating disorder behaviors and thoughts in a well-supported home environment.

Who We Are

Center for Change was established in 1994, though most of the founders have been working together and treating eating disorders and concurrent illnesses since 1988. We offer the most comprehensive therapy and treatment programs available, with a full continuum of care – from inpatient and residential treatment at the Orem, Utah location to day and evening programs and outpatient services. Our focus is on healing the whole person – mind, body, spirit and relationships – freeing those struggling with the pain and loneliness of illness to find a peaceful and fulfilling life.
