Marissa Ray

Marissa is originally from Southern California and moved to Utah six years ago to complete her bachelor’s degree in psychology at the University of Utah. She is currently pursuing her MBA with a marketing emphasis at SUU. Her professional background is in mental health operations, where she began her career as a behavioral health technician. Marissa takes pride in solving problems creatively, helping others, and finding ways to streamline systems and improve overall efficiency.

Outside of work, Marissa enjoys unplugging from technology and spending time reading, gardening, hiking, crafting, and taking in Utah’s beautiful landscape. At home, she has a rescued senior German Shepherd named Jasper, and she and her husband enjoy trying new foods, especially Thai cuisine, which they love making together.
