Maren Stirling RDN, CD

Maren is originally from Pocatello, Idaho. She completed her education and dietetics internship through Utah State University’s Coordinated Dietetics program, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics. Maren became interested in treating eating disorders while working at a treatment center as well as a children’s hospital. She is passionate about helping people create healthy relationships with food and their bodies. Maren takes a client-centered approach to help individuals adopt the principles of Intuitive Eating and body positivity. When she’s not working, Maren enjoys being outside, swimming, watching movies, and doing yoga.
