Losaline Hafoka LCSW

Line Hafoka is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned both her Bachelor’s of Social Work and Master’s of Social Work from Brigham Young University. While in graduate school, Line worked as a care technician at Center for Change and many years later, gravitated back to our facility as a therapist. Line has experience working with individuals, groups, and families in various settings including inpatient psychiatric, residential treatment facilities, and outpatient.

She specializes in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, while also using a wide range of evidence-based practices in her work. Before coming back to Center for Change as a therapist, Line worked as a medical social worker over pediatrics and the women’s center in an acute care hospital. While working as a medical social worker, Line also worked as a therapist in a private outpatient practice providing individual and family therapy to children, teens, and adults. She enjoys working as a clinician on an interdisciplinary team and is excited to be back at the Center for Change. Line grew up in a small town on the island of Oahu in Hawaii and loves spending time with her husband and their four children, enjoys most activities that include dancing or warm weather, and enjoys being actively involved in her Polynesian community.
