Losaline Hafoka, LCSW

Line Hafoka is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned both her Bachelor’s of Social Work and Master’s of Social Work from Brigham Young University. While in graduate school, Line worked as a care technician at Center for Change and many years later, gravitated back to our facility as a therapist. In the past, Line has worked in a traditional medical setting as a case manager and in the private practice sector and has learned through these experiences that she enjoys and values working on an interdisciplinary team. This is partly what drew her back to Center for Change. Line grew up in a small town on the island of Oahu in Hawaii and loves spending time with her husband and their four children, enjoys most activities that include warm weather, and enjoys being actively involved in her Polynesian community.
