Jessica Woodland MDA, RD, CD
Jessica received her Bachelors in Dietetics from Brigham Young University in 2023 and then obtained her Masters of Dietetic Administration from Utah State University in 2024. Throughout her studies, she found value in practicing intuitive eating strategies.
In 2024, Jessica began her registered dietitian career at a nonprofit called Fit to Recover, where she empowered people overcoming substance use disorders through nutrition. It was here where she became passionate about building positive relationships with food through cooking classes and mindful eating techniques. Now at Center For Change, she is currently pursuing the Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) certification.
Raised in Utah, Jessica loves spending her free time outdoors via canyoneering, road and mountain biking, alpine skiing, and gardening. By engaging in these physical activities with close family and friends, she feels this greatly enriches her work as a dietitian.
