Drew Ellsworth, RN, MSN

Drew Ellsworth received his master’s degree in nursing from Weber State University and has been with the Center since its inception in 1996. He has also worked for a leading Intermountain Home Health & Hospice provider as an RN case manager for many years, providing care for those with a medical surgical intervention need specializing in IV therapy, wound care and enteral therapy needs. Drew received Intermountain Health Care’s Patient Care Award for Home Care Services in 1996. As the Nursing & Health Services Director, he directs the Nursing, Utilization Management and Risk Management departments, providing ongoing instruction and training for all of Center for Change staff involved in direct care.
