Brooke Lusty Finlinson, MS, RD, CD

Brooke Lusty FinlinsonMS, RD, CD

Brooke Lusty Finlinson has been a care tech since 2022 and she absolutely loves working at Center for Change. She grew up in Cottonwood Heights, Utah. She graduated from BYU with her Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics in 2023 and from the University of Utah (go Utes!) with her Master’s degree in Nutrition and Integrative Physiology with an emphasis in Sports Nutrition in 2025. Her goal while pursuing her Master’s was to be a dietitian at Center for Change. She is passionate about helping people learn to fuel their bodies through Intuitive Eating. In her free time, she loves to ski at Alta and sauna with my husband, do hot yoga, sail at Bear Lake, run (intuitively), host themed parties, and read outside.
