Registration Fees:

All Day Conference includes:  conference materials, shuttle between the conference hotel and CFC on Friday and Saturday, and breakfast, lunch and snacks on Friday and Saturday

Single day registration includes:  one day conference materials, meals and snacks

Early registration (by Dec. 7, 2016) Regular registration (after Dec. 7, 2016)
All Day Conference $190 $220
Single day $95 $110

Full refunds will be made for cancellation requests received by December 14, 2016.  Cancellations between December 15, 2016 and January 4, 2017 will be refunded at 50%.  No refunds will be issued after January 4, 2017.
