All Day Conference includes: conference materials, shuttle between the conference hotel and CFC on Friday and Saturday, and breakfast, lunch and snacks on Friday and Saturday. Single day registration includes: one day conference materials, meals and snacks.

Continuing Education Information:
CE Credits: A Certificate of Attendance for thirteen (13) clock hours will be issued to all participants who attend the 13 hours of presentations. Partial credit will be offered for Friday only or Saturday only attendance. Signatures on the sign-in sheets are required. Participants are responsible for contacting their respective state and discipline licensing boards to confirm acceptance of CE credits.
Center for Change, provider #141861 is a continuing professional education (CPE) accredited provider with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) Activity #144948. CDR credentialed practitioners will receive thirteen continuing professional education units (CPEU) for completion of this activity.
