Tiffany Roe, MA, CMHC
Tiffany is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor who has provided treatment to adults and adolescents since 2010. She has focused her career on treatment for individuals with co-occurring eating disorders and chemical dependency. She attended Argosy University where she graduated with honors and received her Master of Arts degree in Mental Health Counseling. She received her Bachelor degree in Sociology from Brigham Young University. Tiffany has taught in the Behavioral Sciences department at Utah Valley University since 2012 and loves studying and teaching psychology. Tiffany utilizes cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based strategies, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy in treatment and believes a holistic treatment approach supports full recovery.
