Michelle Rawls RN

Director of Nursing

Michelle Rawls is currently the Director of Nursing at Center for Change. She began her nursing career in Southern California where she earned her degree with highest honors and was the top of her class at San Bernardino Valley College in 2007. Then she began working at Loma Linda Children’s Hospital on the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit where she was known for her nursing excellence and compassionate care. During this time, her passion for working with children and youth was also found in her volunteerism in managing a youth program for 4 years where she maintained the structure of the program and helped many adolescents become successful during despite challenging personal circumstances. In 2014, Michelle and her family moved to Provo, Utah, and she began working for Center for Change in 2015. Michelle found in Center for Change a family, not just a career, and finds fulfillment in helping her patients better their lives. After working as a unit nurse for 1 year, Michelle accepted the assignment as the Assistant Director of Nursing and is currently the Director of Nursing. Some of her chief responsibilities include maintaining clinical and patient-care standards, and coordinating care within a multiple disciplinary approach to treating eating disorders.
