Aislinn Kelly Burke LMFT

Aislinn hails from Canada and completed her Master’s Degree at Brigham Young University in Marriage and Family Therapy. For the last 8 years she has worked with adolescents in a residential setting, providing individual, family and group therapy for teenage girls struggling with issues of defiance, trauma, family dysfunction, eating disorders, depression, anxiety and other mental health issues. She is experienced in teaching Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills in helping to manage strong emotions and develop better relationships.  She also employs experiential techniques in therapy such as Sandtray therapy. Aislinn is passionate about working with women and issues facing women today. When not working, Aislinn enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and their dog. Aislinn joined Center for Change in May of 2013 and provides individual, family and group therapy.
