May 2, 2011, Orem, UtahCenter for Change has become a certified provider for the residential (RTC) level of care and will treat active duty military, their family members, as well as eligible dependents of retirees. This certification allows the Center to treat adolescent and young adult women, up to age 21, who are covered by TRICARE and are authorized by their regional TRICARE contractor.... read more
