Business Development Director (Full-time)

Center for Change is seeking an experienced Business Development Director to direct the marketing and sales efforts of the Center. Center for Change is a 58-bed inpatient and residential facility which provides specialized treatment for eating disorders and related conditions. The Center is located at the foot of the beautiful Wasatch Mountains in Orem, Utah.

This is a senior management position reporting directly to the CEO and responsible for the marketing and sales activities of the Center. The Business Development Director will conduct direct business development contact work; will be responsible for the development, implementation, and monitoring of effective marketing strategies to create new business for the Center; will supervise and motivate regional business development representatives in the field; will work closely with corporate and regional marketing teams; will secure and manage contracts with local and national insurance companies and their managed care organizations; and will be responsible to monitor and assess effectiveness and productivity of marketing efforts on an ongoing basis. Responsibilities will involve 5 - 8 days of local and national travel each month.

Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree in social sciences, business or marketing (Masters Degree preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years experience in behavioral healthcare
• Experience in contract management, utilization management, admissions or marketing in a service organization
• Must be results-oriented with experience in market analysis, strategic planning and implementation
• 2 years experience in the eating disorder treatment field preferred.

Salary:
Dependent upon experience; will include results-based incentives
