Hey girls This is the first time I've posted anything, but I need some advice from you who know the ED the best. I'm pregnant and I am really worried that I'll struggle with a lot of things durring and after I deliver. Does anyone know of any classes or just things to do to keep my mind focused on a healthy baby, and a healthy body instead of the weight, and the depression?

I read your reply on my other post. I'm glad that it helped. If you ever need anything please post again. Pregnancy can be so hard at times when you have to deal with ED too! Just remember that little baby needs you to be healthy and he/she will love you no matter what because you are his/her mommy. Good Luck!

I live in SLC and attend yoga regularly. It is SO healing and de-stressing for me. I know that some places offer prenatal yoga to help relieve stress, daily aches and pains, and prepare for labor and delivery. Do you think that might be helpful? It could also give you a social connection with other moms-to-be. You could share your stuggles of growing through out your pregnancy and who better can understand than them? :)
