I noticed there is a user who is no longer on this board. All her posts and replies have been removed. How did this happen, why did this happen, and who is responsible? Did she request that she be taken off? Did she do something wrong and was removed by the administrator? Can someone explain? Thanks.

  Hi This Is Me,

You posted a message regarding someone being taken off the Message Board, along with this person's comments. I am not sure what happened, or who was recently taken off... What I do know is--if they had 2 different accounts under their name (it doesn't matter if they had 2 different usernames, passwords, or whatever), one needs to be deleted. So, in other words-- there can only be one account per patient on this Message Board, and if there are 2, or 3, only the most recent account is kept, and the others are deleted. The other issue is this-- when someone's second or third account is deleted, the postings from that account are automatically deleted, and there is no way to prevent it. In your friend's case, I hope this is what happened, and she should still have only one account. If she does not, I have no idea what could have happened, but I will look into it. I hope this makes more sense for you. If you have any further questions, please email me back to my person email account, and not over this Message Board. If you would like to give me this person's name I can look to see if they still have another account. Thanks for your concern, and hopefully we can figure this out...

Sincerely,

Collin Wood

  Greetings All:

I think the situation has been corrected. Not a problem.
